Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

How do I get a roomate to move out?

I am having issues with my roomate. She drinks heavily, and I just found out that she is using drugs in my house. I pay all the bills, and she might contribute every now and then. I am the primary bread winner, and have a 13 year old son. So therefore, I don't want him exposed to her behavior. I need advice on how I can get her out, even though her name is on the lease. I would give up my home to get rid of her, but then my son would suffer, because I would have to relocate him. How can i get her to move out, and what protection can I get for my son and I?
