Stolen Possessions
If a police officer's personal vehicle is used in a theft (felony), of which he may or may not have been in at the time, is he liable or considered an accomplice?

A police officer has the same liaibility for criminal conduct as anyone. If you helped someone commit a crime, including giving the use of your car to commit same, you would be criminally liable for same and so would a police officer.
