Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey
I have a tenant who has been in an apartment in a two family house in Jersey City for 5 years with no issues. She now says there are bed bugs in the apartment. The tenant in the other apartment has no issues. The bed bugs were obviously brought in by the tenant. Who is responsible for eradicating the problem?
