Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

My tenant breached the lease.They are under a court order to vacate the property by 3/31/12. The one who's name is one the lease is out, but her brother,and son are still there.A sheriff is supposed to come on 4/14/12 with a padlock. Is there any we can do to get theatters out sooner?

Not unless they leave voluntarily. It is a violation of NJ law for a landlord to lock out a residential tenant or resort to any form of self-help eviction. You have to wait fo the Court Officer to place you in possession.
