Can a tenant have family stay with them?

I own a two family which i reside on one floor and rent the other. my tenants have family staying with them all

the time without my permission

sometime a week at a time. can they do this? there is no

lease month to month.

you need a lawyer to help you get rid of these bad tenants. find one near you, and get started. you may be able to do it on your own, but it is not easy.

If the tenants do not have a written lease agreement in effect, you can terminate their tenancy on 1 month's notice.
