Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

Tenant-Landlord

My daughter and son-in-law

have been renting for the past year without a lease and the landlord wants them out and do they have a legal amount of time to get out and do they need to be served with eviction papers and if so how much time do they have to move out?

Thank you!!

Re: Tenant-Landlord

So long as they pay the rent the judge will give them up to six months to move. Any event, the judge

will give time to find somewhere else to live.
