Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

My tenants lease expired in November. he is on a month to month. How do I get him to vacate? I masure he does not want to go yet he always pays rent late

It depends if your tenant is protected by the Anti-eviction act NJSA 2A:18-61.1 or subject to the Summary Dispossess act 2A:18-53. Call me to discuss if you like. I only represent Landlords.
