Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

How will I know if my NJ tenant had dismissed their own bankruptcy filing. ?

How will I know if my tenant has decided to accept or reject the lease ?

What are my options in both the situations assuming the tenant pays no rent post bankruptcy?
