Legal Question in Legal Ethics in New Jersey
my dad owns my moms plot, when my brother,the grandchildren and i leave plaques and other things we have bought my dad steals them off the grave with his new wife. i have a picture of him doing this. church said he has a right. local police says he is stealing from us and the cemetery owner agrees. i want to be able to leave these things at my moms grave, do i have a case if i take him to court? even if the church says i don't. please i need help.
