Legal Question in Legal Ethics in New Jersey

If I hire a company to come into my home, and sell things that I have marked (with stickers) for sale, are they liable for the cost of replacing items without stickers that I had not given them permission to sell?

Yes, but you have to understand that a lot of that may happen. Better to make clearer arrangements, move all the selling items into only one or two rooms in the house, take all the expensive stuff you do not want to sell and put into a locked room, maybe make a clear list of items to be sold as well.
