Mental heath therapist having oral sex with client

Can i sue her for damages, and put her in jail.For having relationship with me when I am mentally dissabled and on med.s for it

These are very serious allegations and you would have lawsuit for damages. You should consult with an attorney ASAP to avoid Statute of Limitations and other problems which could prevent or limit your right to make claims.
