Legal Question in Legal Ethics in New Jersey

Municipal Judge representing wife

My wife filed a domestic violence claim against me in order to get me out of the house. The municipal judge that signed the restraining order against me is now representing her in selling our family home. Is this legal? It seems that there is soome kind of conflict here. Can I file a complaint about this?

I am not able to tell whether the municipal judge technically violated the ethics rules, but it clearly stinks. You need a divorce attorney, someone experienced and tough, located fairly near you.
