Legal Question in Legal Ethics in New Jersey

Township police investigating officer�s report falsely and mistakenly indicated that I was equally at fault in accident, causing me to be responsible for my deductible in getting my car repaired plus a probable 3-yr insurance surcharge. I complained to the department, sending in my expert�s report refuting the police report, which the department blew off. So now we have a whitewash or coverup. I wrote the NJ AG through their website complaining about police misconduct and departmental coverup, and so far have received no response. I am not a crank, but know when I�ve been officially had. How do I get the AG�s attention on this?
