lawyer did not represent properly in divorce

my sons lawyer [female]did not subpoena wifes boss or bank statments

wifs counter clame was incredable lies. lawyer would not let son send in a defence statment lawyer did not tell him of court date for alimony wife told him .when asked his lawyer about court she said not important he didnt have to be there he went to court lawyer took him in room before court Thought she would breef him on case not how are you & walk out ! lost to alimony due to lawyer not subpoena boss & bank statements she told him paying under table[wife two jobs with same boss one under table]was federal boss would go to gail fired lawyer .sent her into grievances board he had to hire her back due to no lawyer would handel case this late into divorce.hired her back lawyer found out about grievances told him she wouldn;t handle case anymore lied to court said son wouldnt listen to her & was unruley

i went to get his files after son called several times always an excuse not ready.

when i went there to get them no answear to my knock on door . when i finally got in by fellowing another client

lawyer told me son called her and harassed her another lie

I have proof of letters sent to her asking why no information was ever sent to son were is wifs informa

Obviously, your son needs to talk to some divorce attorneys, and find one who has the experience and willingness to assist. No advice over the internet will help, you need a new lawyer.
