Legal malpractice-pro se
How difficult would it be to sue an attorney pro se? Let's say I have experts testimony regarding tire failure..something the lawyer neglected to get.

To win a legal malpractice case you generally have to prove that the attorney's malparactice was what caused you to lose and you may need an expert legal opinion as to the attorney's malpractice.
Good luck to you.
