Legal Question in Mediation in New Jersey
I have an NJ LLC. I own 51% and other member 49%. He no longer has time to work on building our business. How can I easily remove him as a member, so I can continue to grow this business. At this time, no real money or profit. We also never got around to a OA.
Thank you!
