Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

Hi, in 2007 I was pregnant with twins and on a Friday in December of 07 i went for a routine check up at the hospital and at the appointment and I was told that something was wrong with their ultrasound machines and was sent to another hospital for an appointment which i was suppose to see that following monday. I didnt get back to my OBGYN until that following thursday and this is when she told me that one of my twin fetuses had died and something was wrong with the remaining twin's brain . I went to the hospital for a routine checkup on a Friday and didnt find out one of my children was dead and the other one was sick for 6 days. This caused extreme emotional distress for me and I wanted to know if i can sue this doctor for emotional distress.

You may have a claim against the hosptial as well for emotional distress damages as well as pain and suffering for yourself and emotional trauma for the dad. Where did this happen? Call me to talk about the details.
