Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

Advice needed:mistreatment from Dr.

My doctor got in my face, screaming at me about how I was not acting like an adult, irresponsible and so on. This happened in the hallway at the hospital by the nurse's station in front of numerous doctors, nurses, patients, visitors, aids, techs, etc. I was admitted through the ER by my PCP. Severe renal colic. The uretal stent he surgically placed in me at same hospital 2 weeks prior dislodged and was coiled in my bladder. No other surgeon would remove it. His disrespect, unethical, unproffessionalism brought me to tears. I was so humilated, and scared, because I knew he would have me in the OR. I asked him when the procedure would take place, and asked about my condition. His only reply was ''I don't know, sometime tomorrow.'' I was so afraid to call Customer Svc. #, because I had to face him in the OR, although all the nurses that witnessed it came into my room to comfort me and strongly encourged me to make a call to report the incident. Not sure how much detail to go into at this point. Any suggestions? Be more than happy to provide a more detailed explanation of events if needed. What rights do I have?

It seems that you been through an awful experience. However,I am not sure if you have been a victim of medical negligence.if I were you I would complain to the state about his actions.
