Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

dental malpractice

My dentist had my medical history and my prescription drug info. He extracted a molar causing severe hemoraging. Hospitalization 6=7 blood transfusions . I was on a powerful blood thinner and it was in my chart. it is accepted practice to be off Commundine 5-7 days prior to any procedure and he should have known it. Do I have a malpractice or what to do now to get these outstanding bills paid before I get sued.
