what if your accident case is settled and you find out after it is settled that your mri reports and your doctor reports were falsified?

it depends. your claim will lie against those who comitted the fraud. you will not be able to reopen your auto settlement. you will need to hire an expert to testify as to the fraud. there is a difference between fraud and different interpretations of the same film. so be careful
