Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

Hospital doctors did not give me my prescription, causing tinnitus.

I was prescribed Klonopin and recently went to the hospital for 2 weeks after suffering respiratory failure / multi organ failure. I was on klonopin for about 8 months taking 4mg a day.

The doctors and psychiatrist at the hospital knew I was on that drug did not give me anything to help with the withdrawal or to protect me from having seizures. One of the side effects from an abrupt ''cold turkey'' withdrawal is tinnitus. Which I now have because I was not tapered off the drug properly. I saw 2 ENTs and told them what caused me to go to the hospital, they could not link a cause to my hearing loss from my hospital stay. I researched about the klonopin withdrawal and brought that information to my 3rd ENT and he said that would probably is the cause since the hearing loss happened half way during my treatment in the hospital, the same time other withdrawal symptoms happened to me too (insomnia, depression, etc). I am 22 years old and have 40% loss of hearing now. Would this be a malpractice case? If so can you please contact me.
