Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

In Jan. 09 I had surgery to remove a bunion and an implant put in. I had to have surgery again in Sept. 09 because the surgeon did not remove the bunion and put an implan in that was too large resulting in more damage. Is this negligence?

If the implant was an incorrect size, and there is proof of this fact and if you need to undergo furether treatment, you mostblikely have a case, if you call me I can advise you after hearing more information.

It is possible that you might be able to pursue a medical or podiatric malpractice action if your surgeon negligently performed your surgery and caused you to suffer an injury. My firm has handled numerous claims of this nature. However, we'd need additional information in order to evaluate your potential claim. Please feel free to contact me or any of my partners at the Blume Goldfaden Firm via the profile information provided on this site. We look forward to speaking with you, and will assist you in any way we can.
