Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey
medical malpractice
First thank you for the response regarding my question representing myself on a medmal. This is one of the most frustrating decision that one has to go thru in life not knowing whether negligent occured with my case since I'm having trouble finding an attorney. I have been dealing with the paralegal for the attorney who relays there dictation and most or should I say all have rejected my claim without being reviewed by an expert orthopedic specialist. I'm coming to a point of my statue of limitation. I'm even having a hard time hiring a n expert physician to review my case having no representation but willing to pay. without a statue of merit from a physician, I have no case. I also have a great lien place on any 3rd party settlement (2/3) plus attorney cost therefore leaving me practically with nothing. I'm just working for the insurance company to be reimburse. I have always respected the judicial system but in my case I have lost hope. my last resort which is not advisable to represent myself before my statue of limitation ends. but at least i can sleep and say to myself that I tried my best and can not have no regret even being an amateur and going against the best. I thank the 3 attorneys that responded to my inquire.
