Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey
If a medical malpractice/personal injury took place in a New York Hospital by a NY surgeon, do I need to use a NY City lawyer? Would it be better if I did as opposed to using a New Jersey Lawyer

It would be a good idea to consult with a medical malpractice attorney admitted to the New York bar.

Thank you for your inquiry. A New York Attorney, or a New Jersey Attorney admitted to practice law in New York would be able to assist you in pursuing your potential claim. Please feel free to contact me or one of my partners at Blume Goldfaden; as we may be able to assist you with a referral to appropriate counsel.
