Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

my sister LISA ANNE LOGAN died in november 12th 1974 from removal of a baby tooth. due to anesthesia. LINDA REUTER age 18 died July 21 1972 from the same dentist also from anesthesia. this dentist still went on to practice and eventually lost his license for 3 years due to insurance fraude billing for anesthesia. can i reopen the case against him for the death of my sister LISA ANNE LOGAN spotswood new jersey? he got away with murder

You should go speak to prosecutors office there is no time limit on murder.
