Involuntary Military Service under a foreign general

Is there any provision in military law to refuse, while serving in the United States military, to serve under the command of foreign generals?

Re: Involuntary Mil Svc.: Foreign General

Not that I know of; unless the service would be

violative of the articles of war, or the duties

imposed by the rules following the German war crime tribunals at the end of WWII; sort of like they asked you to serve under Idi Amin, or Noriega.....but you decline to do so at your peril and would probably face a Court-Martial.
