Legal Question in Military Law in New Jersey

I recently was disqualified during a Police background investigation for a Other Than Honarable discharge from the Marines. I signed up during my senior year of high school but had to attend summer school and could not leave on my assigned date...can I be discharged if I never actually went to boot camp? I only went as far as the first physical (MEPS). Thank You!
