Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

Our 15 month old daughter was given the incorrect dosage of Amoxicillan, this resulted in an ER visit due to severe dehydration brought on by diarrhea/sickness due to the meds. Pharmacy is offering settlement, is it in our best interest to accept or refuse settlement.
