Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

Can the abuse of High powered Microwave device violate civil rights.

My wife of twenty-five years and I live in Orange, New Jersey. Our small apartment on the top floor of the apartment building has been continuously subjected to intense radiation for four months. We believe the emissions to be of the Microwave type. (Our software has not been damaged...just our person). The source is in and about the apartment building. About two months ago, I sat at my computer working non-stop for 6 hours while the device was aimed at my chair... the radiation hospitalizied me with a bleeding lower intestine...I required eight pints of blood. These are the rewards for speaking out publically against illegal drugs and prostition as they impact our nation in general and our minority community in particular. We need technical evidence to present to the New Jersey State Attorney. But, we don't have the skills nor resources to pin-point the criminals. (The ring-leaders own real property in Jersey City. We will sue.) Can you help us? We can't let these criminals win.

Perhaps you should forget about civil rights andfocus on a personal injury suit. I am surprisedthat the NJ Atty Gen'l wouldn't be able to adviseyou on how to proceed. In any event, perhaps you should contact the local utility and putthe onus on them. They'll probably come outand determine the source. Secondly, contact oneof the many fine universities in NJ (e.g., Rutgers,Princeton, etc.), or a local engineering schoolto see if they can, as a clinical, come out anddetermine what's up. You might also want to contactthe state and local health departments. Do you rentthis place? If so, give notice to the Landlord.I would also file an incident report and/or complaint with the local police or sheriff's office.Have you been medically diagnosed with a causallyrelated injury?
