Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

broken finger

i was hit in the head with a stick by a guy, I defended myself and he broke my finger. I am pressing charges but I am a laborer and am worried about doing my job and hospitol bills. I will not be able to pay my bills if I cant work.

come see me. I will try to assist. I will not charge you for a short discussion. Bring the medical bills, and any papers that show time that you have lost from work. Also bring the police report, if there is one. If not, you should go to the police for the town in which he attacked you, and file a report.
