Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey
I have had three c sections. My last section was may 10 . A few months after my birth I started having extremely painful lower back pain in the same place where they put the epidurl or my c section. I cannot stand for more than 15 minutes at a time. It is constatnt pain. Do you think I can sue the hosptial over this? what would the process be?

It is possible you may have a suit against the doctor or anesthesiologist. That would depend if they violated some standard in your care, and if that standard is the cause of your injury.
