Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

Daughter accidentally scraped a parked car while backing out of a paking space. She didnt even know she did it until a police officer ws at our house. He was nice about everyhting. He even said he would tell the judge she didnt know. He gave her four tickets...leaving scene, failure to report, improper backing, and obstructing traffic. On the accident report states she was unaware, yet they stamped it hit and run. Is she going to get her license suspended? We live in NJ. She has had her license less than a month. There is a minor scrape on my car no dents or anything. Thanks
