Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

My daughter was involved in a motor vehicle accident, where the driver that hit her had an expired license, not to mention the fact that he was speeding in a residental area. She had the stop sign, and proceeded thru it, she was 70% thru when out of no where comes this vehicle. He told my daughter that if he didnt know her he would have taken off.

What are you asking for...assistance with a personal injury claim? Do you carry uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage? Did the other person's vehicle have insurance?
