Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey
Fell goin from boardwalk to The Beach
My fiance fell and has serious injuries from walking down stair that led to the beach, only problem is the stairs never made it to the beach, they just ended suddenly and and she dropped 6 feet to the beach hitting several boulders on way down. I have pictures of both before the town boarded up the stairs and after. It was in Long Branch NJ.

You definitely need a lawyer in New Jersey...and who is liable will require some investigation....
The only thing I could do is to help you find a lawyer there. I cannot comment on who you need to sue and your chances of recovery.
Re: Fell goin from boardwalk to The Beach
You should immediately speak to an attorney regarding this matter. It is unclear from your question when this incident happened, but if this was a public beach there are very strict time limitations regarding claims and suits against municipalities. Our firm practices in New Jersey and I would be happy to discuss this further with you or your fiance.

Since this claim involves a claim against a public entity, it is EXTREMELY important that you speak to an attorney immediately. There are notice provisions that must be met or the claim is barred.
We handle these types of claims and have had great success. Clearly there are issues of liability.
