I fell on Mack-Cali property, fracturing my ankle in two places. I filed an accident report immediately.

Tripping over your own feet does not give rise to a valuable claim. What is required is some dangaerous condition on the property, a lack of lighting, irregular ground, etc. You need to discuss the basis of your claim with an attorney and to attempt to preservie whatever evidence there is which will support your claim.
