The value of your case depends upon the extent of your injury due to the food poisoning. You should discuss your case and the offer with an attorney who specializes in personal injury including food poisoning to determine the strength of your case and its potential value. Do not sell your case short or undervalue it. Remember however that you must bring an action (file suit) against the restaurant and/or its food providers within 2 years of the date of the food poisoning otherwise you will lose your right to a recovery.

Good Luck and I hope you recover from the effects of the food poisoning.
