Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

my best friend needs an attorney that wants to go to trial!

She sustained a mild TBI in an accident. Sitting in a

parked car she was hit by a drunk driver. The cops knew him,

the bar he came out of, and of course his daddy. He doesn't

have enough insurance but daddy is a billionaire and he is a

little trust fund brat. We are all concerned, my friend is

still going for rehabilitation. They say she wont be the

same but that does not stop her. She is trying to handle the

case alone, but is now having a great deal of difficulties.
