Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

Head Injury

My son get hurt in his head with Shopping cart�s long rod in Macy's.

Other customer was having younger child on front side of cart and carrying so much stuff in carry bag on the back side of cart having pushing handle and long rod. Cart was pushed by elder child. Younger child moved out of the cart and cart lost the balance. My son was standing nearby the unbalanced cart�s long rod hit on my son�s head and due to that he had a deep laceration. He had few staples in his head. Doctor said that the wound is deep.
