Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

I was hit by a car that ran through a red light......
On July 3rd, I was hit by a car that ran through a red light. I was unconsious and was also in pain. Ambulance came and put me on a stretcher to a nearby hospital. My head, neck, and back hurts. but they didn't find nothing wrong with me and release me from the hospital. The following week I passed out talking to a friend due to the accident. I have an attorney and he send me to doctors that could help me. But my attorney sucks, he don't call me. i live message w/ his secretary and never return my messages. I had ask him, how much are we getting from this suit. and he doesn't know. Is there any laws that states, that i can't change my attorney? Because i want to change to an attorney that knows what he or she is doing. Please reply
