Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

I was hit in front of my house trying to turn into my driveway. it took 52 day for me to get my car back with the other drivers insurance accepting 90% liability, they only agreed to pay for 21 days of my 51 day rental. advice?

does the law state that they have to provide me with the rental for the duration of me not having a car. As my car took so long to fix for manufacturers parts being oredred. there was $7400 damage and a significant amount of body work. I got my car back the next morning the body shop called me and i drooped the rental car off and they refused the claim thru direct pay. I do not have rental on my insurance, He hit me from behind wen passing me over a double solid yellow line while i was making a left turn into my driveway. Note he got a careless driving ticket, i did not get a summons.
