Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

Could a hotel be held responsible in a death due to lack of security or negligen

To whom It May concern,

I do not know if my question is going to the correct attorney ,if not I 'm hoping you can steer me in the right direction. My mother was staying at the hotel where she was murdered outside of it. One of the witness's witnessed the death from out his hotel room window . My question is , If my mother was a guess at this hotel should her security had been protected by hotel security? Is the hotel negligent in any way? Never the less the hotel had never contacted my family about my mother's belongings in her hotel room. Is this hotel at any fault resulting in my mother's death?

There could be liability. A careful investigation needs to be conducted to determine whether they were negligent. You need to call an attorney to discuss this in more detail. If you want me to assist you, please call me at 856-546-8010. Mention Law Guru when you call. Good luck!
