You can certainly maintain a claim against his carrier. It does not matter that you do not carry homeowners insurance. Give our offices a call as soon as possible, though, so that you don't prejudice yourself with the carrier. 267.639.3105.

you can sue the driver and owner for the damage. The law suit is not against an insurance company.
