Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

injured while helping neighbor

Last night my neighbor asked me for help she ran over a garden hose with her tractor. While trying to help her I slipped with a box cutter and cut my arm to the bone and cut a sensory nerve and have no felling in the top of ny hand most of my thumb and partial index finger. The Dr. said it is permanent. Can I go after her homeowners insurance for compensation.

First get a second opinion from another nerve specialist. Some nerves can be reattached but the time frame for the procedure is very short.

Good luck to you.
