Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

injured while on the job

I was injured at work by a waste baling machine. The bale exit door opened unexpectedly & fractured my pelvis & left femure. I have gone through compensation already. My present attorneys have told me my case against the owners of the machine; I believe it is rented by my employer, may be dismissed, though I am still in pain. The initial surgeon who treated me guarrantees I will have arthritis. Can I ''go after'' my employer?

Re: injured while on the job

you have attorneys. you have used the attorneys for your worker's comp. claim. they have advised you to your face, after discussing and investigating the situation.

why would you think that some attorney at a computer could possibly give you better advice?
