Re: Injuried Tenant

Most NJ General Liability Homeowner or Commerical Policies

provide payment for medical bills. Most policies

contain a $3000-10,000 limit for medical bills.

You may want to ask your landlord to submit the bills, or

ask him/her for the name of their insurance carrier

so you can forward the bills to the carrier.

Most insurance carriers will try to get a statement

from you regarding the accident. You may want to

get the information about who the insurance company

is before you speak to the adjuster/investigator who

may work independently from the company.

Good Luck
