Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

My insurance company attorney said i can re open a dismissed case under hardship. I was to go to trial on a 6million dollar dram shop case less than 2 months after my father passed away after a 30year battle with cancer, i was sole care giver to my father. i was hit by a drunk driver that was trying to pick me up all night. Sees me get into my car with my entertainment attorney and is recklessly doing 360s in a parking lot across the street from where i'm parked. At about 45-50 miles an hour looses control of the car and hits me across the street parked. broke both tires off my car and sends me in a spin into the opposite direction. The police helped him get away with his beer off the scene never called an ambulance i fell out of my car and said i would change my tire i had to be home by 2:30. the accident happened 2:00 am across the street from the bar. i have a brain damage and 8 herniated discs. i was homeless 6 times after my father passed, i live below poverty level on ssdi. I went for grief counseling they said i'm stuck between shock and denial and grief is a process next is anger, depression, then acceptance. I was supposed to go to law school to be an entertainment attorney. i was self medicating with wine and prescription medicine, my mom took me in after sandy and i stopped drinking. Please I can't live like this I have just been existing, now sober realizing what happened

Please give me a call at 212-869-3200 to discuss this matter further. There are circumstances that may allow you to re-open the claim, however without more specific information I am not sure if you would have a basis for doing so.
