Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey
I was involved in a work related injury around 1 year ago, with a company that I'm no longer employed by. The injury caused a syst to form at my wrist which I needed corrective surgery to fix. Would I be able to be compensated for this even though the company paid for the operation and doctor bills, and if so how much?
