Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

I was at a large store chain and was purchasing a metal pole, had it leaning on a counter, another customer bumped into a display that made it fall and it fell on him and he had to receive stitches. Can I be sued?

I think not. The only negligence involved in the subject accident seems to be the negligence of the customer who bumped into the display. The store also might be liable, but I do not see a theory justifying a lawsuit against you.
