It is very difficult to answer your question without much more information. However, generally the value of a case is based upon the seriousnes of the injury, the impact upon the person and their livelihood. Therefore, the greater the loss, the more the anticipated recovery in general.
However,the value of a case is also highly dependant on the probability of proving someone else is responsilbe for the injury. If the chances of proving that someone else's negligence is at fualt is low, then that affects the value of the case, the same is true for the opposite.
