Does the lawyer pay bills out of your settlement in an accident case or are the bills for you to pay once you settle.

The attorney will be responsible for paying all bills and expenses related to the particular negligence case out of the settlement proceeds and the remainder after paying all fees and expenses will be furnished to the client.

sounds like you have a problem. usually, the lawyer pays all the bills out of the money that you get in the lawsuit.
